So for me just the card to push up to 550 at least, the 450gts is a ddr5 card which can handle the games we playing but it is not even manufactured any longer along with 500 range. Of cos the 500 is just newer and in a similar price range.

i have this lead that came with the graphics card that I need to plug in and basically the graphics card needs a six pin plug and the Psu has a six plug for pce slot (or would the graphics card go into the pheriphals slot?)
anyway I was this given a lead with it that splits from the 6 pin that goes into the graphics card splits into two male 4 pins that both have a pin missing.
then I have a lead that came with the psu that has a six pin, three female four pins and a weird one all together.
should I just stick one of the male four pins with a pin missing into the psu with the weird multi lead.
